Women In Racing

Women in Racing was created to develop the profile of women in the sport of horse racing.
Established in 2009, the vision is to connect women across the industry, to raise their profiles and enhance racing’s reputation as an attractive sector for more women to build their careers. This initiative is independent of horse racing bodies but works in partnership with stakeholders to affect positive change.
