Salisbury Racecourse: Let’s Talk and Walk Menopause Event

Let’s Talk and Walk! Salisbury Racecourse are organising a community event to help break the stigma around menopause so that women can get the information they need and support they deserve.

The upcoming ‘Talk and Walk Coffee Morning’ is for anyone who is currently going through menopause or perimenopause, or even just suffering from the pressures of family life and maintaining a work-life balance.

Tuesday 28th June
Salisbury Racecourse
10am – 12pm (1pm for those who would like to walk the racecourse afterwards)

This is a FREE event with refreshments provided.

No booking or RSVP required – just turn up on the day.
