An employee is on maternity/paternity leave and other members of staff are complaining they are ‘trying to have it all’. What should we do?

Aim to create a culture of support within the team by getting everyone together to listen to concerns. Reassurance and sharing information is key. Encourage open conversations which include the employee going on maternity leave.
